Simon Mills, CEO, has over twenty years of business, advertising and multi media experience. Music, video, web site/e-commerce development, and recently, information architecture and social network development have been the core focus of this serial entrepreneur.


John Russo, President, is a veteran of New York media and is often credited with inventing sound design. John thrived through the golden age of world-class commercial music production and built one of New York’s premier production houses servicing almost every fortune 500 company. He was also first to bring video advertising on the web to companies like FedEx, Marriot, American Express and many others almost a decade ago. John’s ability to reinvent himself and apply his formidable business panache to new technologies and opportunities as they arise is second to none.


Wazza Bray, Managing Director Asia-Pacific, has been a typesetter, drummer, radio broadcaster and, for one horrific 4-hour period, installed insulation batts and tips his hat to anyone who endures that for a living. More recently he has become an author, writer and keynote speaker. Born in Sydney in 1967 he was adopted 6 weeks later at a "take away today, no more to pay" sale and after setting his parents free, now lives on the Gold Coast, Australia.


Kelly Delisser, CFO and Operations Manager Asia-Pacific, has been a graphic designer, photographer, video operator and editor, financial controller, brand manager and Japanese translator, which has made her invaluable at many 3 AM "creative meetings". Kelly arguably has the happiest phone manner on the planet and is one of those morning people. Kelly can shoot a documentary with a HD camera in one hand while booking a series of national television commercials and balancing the budget in her head. It’s a chick thing.


Gregg McNair, Director, Investment Banker turned entrepreneur. Gregg is a leader in the worldwide domain industry (the real estate of the internet) and an internationally respected author on the subject of online business. He also has a background in CEO business education and stock broking. Gregg continually travels the world for the group, finding new deals and opportunities for investment and development in media and beyond.


Ben Nicholas, Head of Video Production, is a one-man video production powerhouse. He shoots, edits, produces on-screen graphics and even plays well with greenscreen. His original, creative ideas for scenes, shots and angles always take LMG's projects to the next level.
